We live locally to Slimbridge, and therefore love WWWT Slimbridge as a day out! Before my son started school, we visited at least once a week. The membership is so reasonable, it is definitely worth looking into! 

We went to Legoland Windsor as a family of 5 in 2022, and have just been back again in 2025 - and quite a lot has changed! Not least, the age of our kids.

Spring at Cotswold Farm Park is a brilliant time, with baby animals aplenty! This Easter we saw kids, lambs, calves, and foals, to name but a few! 

The Buzz is a large inflatable play area. Before we went, I had a few questions I was trying to find the answers to - and so now I've been, I can report back fully!

On Saturday we visited The Grand Pier in Weston-Super-Mare. The sun was shining, and the sea was in. It was perfect! 

We recently had an epic afternoon at Baboon Adventures! We did their electric scooter tour at Charlton Park Estate, Malmesbury. However, they also have a tour at Kinsclere Estate, Hamshire.

My friend and I recently spent the evening watching Emma Smith at the legendary jazz club Ronnie Scott's in Soho, London.

I recently tried, for the first time, to redeem some Tesco Club Card vouchers for tickets to Legoland Windsor, and found the process surprisingly frustrating and uncommunicative for a new visitor.

As a Primary School teacher as well as a Mum, I was interested to see the newly revamped science museum and assumed it would be a completely new day out for us, as they were closed for such a very long time after the fire.

Yesterday we went to the national history museum in Oxford. It was EPIC! My dino-obsessed child loved becoming a Dino Detective for the morning!
