The Website contains photos, event, activity, and business listings uploaded by members of the public who register and upload details to Activibees.com. In doing so they confirm that they have copyright or appropriate rights for the images or content they are uploading.
The Website may also contain images provided by 3rd party websites via the Open Graph Protocol where the 3rd party web page provides an image to represent itself.
Activibees.com cannot be held liable in any way for copyright or licensing infringements by a third party. If you believe content is being used without permission from the copyright holder, or is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive, please contact Activibees.com at [email protected].
Activibees.com reserves the right to feature any brands, companies, personalities, and miscellaneous projects who claim their listing or add their own listing, including their logos and screenshots of their use of Activibees.com, as case studies which may be published publicly on the Activibees.com website or the website of Activibees.com’s parent company, and shared to social media, the wider media, and used offline in presentations.
CONTENT CREATORS AND LISTINGS
All content submitted to Activibees, including event, activity, and business listings, blog posts, photos, and videos, must be lawful, accurate, and not offensive. Activibees reserves the right to review, edit, or reject any submission at its sole discretion.
Profile holders who write blog posts on their profiles – either directly or via our VIP service – or who submit listings, can manage their submissions, but Activibees retains the right to keep approved content on the site. Blog posts may be anonymised and affiliate links changed to those of Activibees if profiles are closed.
Content creators confirm they have cleared all rights to the content, including rights of people and property in any photos or videos, along with Intellectual Property of the content if it is not their own. Content creators accept all responsibility and liability in case of any 3rd party claim against Activibees for use of the content.
USER CONDUCT AND REPORTING
Users are responsible for the content they submit. You must not post content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. If you believe any content on the Website is inaccurate, illegal, or violates these Terms, you may report it using the reporting mechanism provided on each listing or profile.
Activibees will review reported content and may remove or restrict it if deemed necessary. All reports will be logged and retained to support compliance with applicable laws, including the Online Safety Act.

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Activibees.com or otherwise used by Activibees.com as permitted by law.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Activibees.com reserves the right to remove any adverts which are inappropriate, without notice and at its sole discretion.
Activibees.com is not able to offer any refunds for adverts placed on the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold Activibees.com and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Activibees.com arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

You agree that if Activibees.com does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms of Use (or which Activibees.com has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Activibees.com’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Activibees.com.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by English law and subject to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
