Free attractions in the UK

Kids eat free of for £1
We're compiling a huge map of places around the UK where kids can eat for free or for very little (we're limiting it to £1 for our map). If you know somewhere not on the map, please add a free listing and tell us in the short description about their kids offer and we'll make sure it gets onto the map. Always check the location's own website incase their offer has changed, or has small print - for instance, what age counts as a "child"; for some people it's 10 and under, for others it's 16 and under.
Free return entry within 12 months
There are lots of places in the UK where, once you've paid to get in for a day, you can return anytime within 12 months for another visit. From zoos to gardens to model villages, if you know you'll be in the area more than once, they're a great way of getting more for your money. This map is very new - if you've got anything to add, you can do so here.

Free self guided walking tours in London and Bristol

Free walking tour of London's film and TV locations
In this self-guided walking tour, you'll see spots that were used in classic tv programmes and films such as Paddington, Bridget Jones and Harry Potter. If you were to walk it end to end, without stopping, it'd take you around 2 hours and 40 minutes, so that's probably around 4 hours by the time you've stopped for a coffee or some lunch along the way.

4 hour self guided walking tour itinerary of film locations in London, UK
This walking tour, the 2nd of our London tours, is better for Marvel fans, as we kick off Spider-Man: Far from Home and Thor: The Dark World. Strictly speaking the last bit isn't walking, as it involves a Thames Clipper Boat, which is a great way to see London.

Bristol tv and film locations: self guided walking tour
We've designed a free self guided walking tour of the lovely small City of Bristol, focusing on locations featured in films and TV shows. The route will take you to famous spots, including filming locations from Sherlock, Doctor Who, Becoming Elizabeth, and others, whilst it's also a great way to get to know Bristol.
