If you're looking for some fun in Somerset or Bristol this half term, then head to Weston-super-Mare seafront and pay a visit to the Grand Pier.
From Saturday 15th February until Sunday 23rd February, there's even more fun to be had than usual with our mascot, Dani the Donkey making regular appearances, as well as free face painting being on offer.
All the usual fun is of course also still available, with over 500 arcade games in our great hall including fantastic VR simulations, and activities including air hockey and dodgeball. Plus we've got our thrill rides such as our Giant Helter Skelter, Retro Dodgems and our Ghost Train (it genuinely made me scream the first time I went on it). For those 12 years old and over, our UV lit GloKarts are always a hit on our 300m indoor track. We've also got a soft play, and attractions such as mini golf and a hall of mirrors ensure there's plenty for young and old to enjoy together.
To get the best value on your day with us, buy a wrist band to cover you for your choice of rides and attractions. Prices start from £11.50 but check out the website to decide which band is best for you as some suit different ages. You can also buy a Fun Card to make savings on your arcade game play.
Entry to the pier is £1 for everyone over 80cm tall, but is free if you've got a wrist band. And don't forget, if you live in a post code area of BS21, BS22, BS23, BS24, BS25, BS26, BS29, BS48, or BS49, you can get your free My Grand Pier card which gives you free entry any time and 10% off your rides and food and drink whilst you're with us.
